一、液压滤芯的作用 The function of hydraulic filter element

液压滤芯是用于保护液压系统中特定元件，安装于压力管路中需保护元件的上游，以滤除工作介质中的固体颗粒及胶状物质，有效控制工作介质的污染度，并使元件正常工作。

The hydraulic filter element is used to protect specific components in the hydraulic system. It is installed upstream of the components to be protected in the pressure pipeline, filtering out solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium, effectively controlling the contamination level of the working medium, and ensuring the normal operation of the components.

二、滤芯使用位置 (Filter usage location)

1、吸油滤芯:安装在油箱内吸油口或吸油过滤器中的滤芯。

2、回油滤芯:安装在油箱内回油口或回油过滤器中的滤芯。

3、压力管路滤芯:安装在压力管路过滤器中的滤芯。

1、Oil suction filter element: a filter element installed in the oil tank's oil suction port or oil suction filter.

2、 Return oil filter element: a filter element installed in the return oil port or return oil filter inside the fuel tank.

3、Pressure pipeline filter element: a filter element installed in the pressure pipeline filter.

三、产品滤材 Product filter material

滤芯可分为：纤维复合滤芯、纸质滤芯、金属网滤芯

1、无机纤维复合滤芯:过滤材料为无机纤维复合滤材或玻璃纤维滤材。

2、纸质滤芯:过滤材料为植物纤维滤纸。

3、金属网滤芯:过滤材料为金属丝编织网。

Filter cartridges can be divided into: fiber composite filter cartridges, paper filter cartridges, and metal mesh filter cartridges

1、Inorganic fiber composite filter element: The filtering material is inorganic fiber composite filter material or glass fiber filter material.

2、Paper filter: The filtering material is plant fiber filter paper.

3、Metal mesh filter element: The filtering material is a metal wire woven mesh.
